With this herbal blend we have created a tea which has a calming effect on the body and mind and can be drunk right before bedtime, or when you just need some quiet time after a stressful day. The ingredients in our tea will help calm the central nervous system, aid sleep, help against mild insomnia, increase sleeping time, reduce muscle spasms, and balance the mood.
 
We recommend steeping one tea bag in 90˚C water for at least 5-10 minutes. Sweeten to taste.
 
All our ingredients have been grown here at Millstream Gardens. They’re organically grown, spray-free, and have been hand-picked to make these unique tea blends.
